Group Board meetings in public

The Board of Directors of the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group meets in public every two months, as detailed below.  

Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings, either in-person or virtually via videoconference (MS Teams).  If you would like to attend the meeting, details can be obtained by emailing the Group Secretariat (Nwuhgroupboardmeetings@nnuh.nhs.ukat least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.  Please state your name, organisation/role if applicable and whether you would like to attend in-person or virtually.

These meetings, while held in public, are not public meetings and there will not be an opportunity for members of the public to address the Board during the meeting.  However, there will be an opportunity at the end of the agenda for the Board to respond to questions submitted in writing in advance of the meeting. 

If you wish to ask a question at the next Group Board meeting, this must be submitted in writing by 09.30 on Monday 30 March 2026 to the following email address: Nwuhgroupboardmeetings@nnuh.nhs.uk

The Chair will endeavour to ensure that all questions are responded to at the meeting.  However, if this is not possible, then a written response will be provided following the meeting and appended to the Minutes.
