She joined the hospital in August 2023 and lists the Trust’s “Good” CQC Maternity rating in March 2024, “above national average” results in 17 areas of a recent CQC maternity survey, the formation of the Education Faculty and obtaining Teaching Hospital status, and improving safe staffing as highlights of her time at QEH.
“My decision has not been easy and has been something I have been spending much time reflecting on,” she said.
